There are not many rules but if you do not follow them you will be in the back forty!
1) Post only acceptable material ie.no adult sites
2) Do not post multiple threads containing the same information.
3) You may include links to your affiliate sites but you may not include links to rotators, surf page links, banner exchange links or any other links which allow any type of cheating.
4) Do not post any links to any competitor sites (traffic exchanges ) with out admin's approval. I am not scared of competition however there are traffic exchanges who practice unethical policies and I will not allow them to be promoted here.
All decisions on advertising made by the admin are final. I will suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules in any way. In short don't spam and don't promote crap.
